Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact The Kitchenet Customer Service email at contact@thekitchenet.com with your order number.
We try to process your order immediately after confirmation. If the order has not been confirmed, a full refund will be credited back to your credit card in case you paid for your products with a credit card.
If you order has already been processed, we will not be able to process the cancellation request.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will send the correct product or offer a full refund.
- Lost or Undelivered Items: If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for buyers who change their mind after purchasing the item.
- Sale and Promotional Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers. Refunds for delays will only be considered if the item is confirmed as lost in transit.
International Orders & Customs
- International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and shipping regulations. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive.
- Refunds are not available for shipping delays caused by customs.
- Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at contact@thekitchenet.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history;
An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
